Why periodic evaluation is non-negotiable

Systems installed 5 or 10 years ago may no longer meet current requirements, and equipment degrades over time. Periodic evaluation is the only way to confirm facility readiness.

Evaluation axes

1. Compliance: does the system meet current standards? (NFPA, Saudi Building Code)
2. Performance: are components operating at design efficiency?
3. Maintenance: is there a documented, regular maintenance log?
4. Training: is the responsible team trained per Civil Defense requirements?
